The first leg has been scheduled for Kapsabet.
Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) men's league champions General Service Unit (GSU) have resumed training in preparation for the upcoming 2023 league action.
The federation, last week, released fixtures for the new season that was initially scheduled to serve off in October but is now set to begin on Friday 9 December away in Kapsabet.
Head coach Gideon Tarus had his charges on a vreak after their victory at the Nyerere Cup in Arusha but they are back training in preparation for the league.
"We are back in training and the first week has been good. We had a chance to test the team in Arusha and we are working on a few things before the league starts," offered Tarus who will be hoping to guide the side to a sixth consecutive title.
Former champions Prisons Kenya open the season against their fellow law enforcers Administration Police (AP) Kenya as the David Lugh'aho coached warders look to put the last season, where they finished fourth, behind them and fight for the title.
Last season's runners up Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) are set to begin their season with a clash against fellow coast region representatives Prisons Mombasa.
